We currently have an exciting opportunity based at our gorgeous Canberra Centre store. We are looking for a passionate and motivated Cluster Manager to join our management team.

DO (a day in the life of a Cluster Manager)

Using your management experience, you know how to motivate and inspire your teams to achieve and exceed their KPI’s and uphold our team values. You’re excited to coach and develop your teams throughout the day and help them reach their full potential while leading by example. ­­After a day of helping our valued guests find the perfect solutions, you reflect on what went well, share your team’s successes and plan ahead for tomorrow.

Our Successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Previous management experience across multiple stores.
  • Drive and passion to provide World Class customer service
  • Experience in working to and exceeding retail KPI's
  • Experience in coaching, training and developing teams to their full potential.
  • A sound understanding of Visual Merchandising principles
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
