We're looking for a passionate, always learning, ‘digital first’- minded talent to join our People Team in the role of People and Culture Partner.
The People and Culture Partner partners, coaches and provides subject matter expertise at an operational level across the team member lifecycle globally. This important role is the People and Culture partner specifically for the Retail and Distribution Centre teams, while also having the opportunity to operationalise strategic people projects at a whole of kikki.K level. This includes coaching people managers, learning and development, employee engagement, wellbeing, employment and industrial relations, change management, employment contracts, people policies and remuneration.

What does the People & Culture DO?
Some of the incredible things you’ll be doing are:
Partner with the Retail and Distribution teams to:
- Enable people managers to effectively manage and support their people with individual employee issues. These may include but are not limited to performance management issues, development discussions, counselling of employees, dealing with employee grievances and conducting workplace investigations.
- Identify top talent and work together with the manager to further develop capability, plan exposure to stretch work streams and put in place programs to close skill gaps.
- Manage the delivery of all core P&C processes such as people policies, performance management, team member engagement and development.
- Be the credible specialist in EA/Award interpretation and practical application.
At a whole of company level:
- Drive the operational implementation of strategic P&C initiatives across kikki.K.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practice People and Culture strategies, policies, programs and procedures.
- Actively participate in growing kikki.K culture based on Team Code, ensuring to personally role model Team Code behaviours.

Some of what we’re looking for you to SHARE includes:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, witht least 3 years generalist HR experience
- Ability to create trusting and positive stakeholder relationships, through which the credibility you build creates influencing opportunities.
- You understand what effective leadership and communication looks like
- Working knowledge of digital marketing, eCommerce, product design, retail and distribution centre roles and departmental functionality
- You’re commercially savvy and always able to balance this with a people centric approach
- Digital first approach, you’re always thinking smart
- Growth mindset, you have an ‘always on’ learning mode
- Experience in Australia and at least one international employment context
- Advanced writing capability, in particular your internal comms style infuses organisational values and inspires
- Experience as a key contributor to Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
- Ideally you are an experienced workshop facilitator
- Experience with profiling, particularly HBDI is advantageous.
