We're looking for a passionate, determined, ‘unified channel’ focused talent to join our Retail Team in the role of Store Manager. The purpose of this role is to coach and inspire our team to deliver a world class guest experience every time.



Located in the heart of Perth city, Enex has a diverse variety of retail stores and unique pop-ups. The three levelled inner-city hub is full with coveted fashion choices, flavoursome feasts and life inspiration. Located conveniently on the second level is our beloved kikki K store, surrounded by specialty retailers such as Aesop, Calibre, Dangerfield and Decjuba. Being a short walk from all Perth city bus and train stations, as well as numerous public car parks, your daily commute will be a breeze. The store is fast paced with local professionals popping in on their lunch break or commute to and from work, stocking up on our beautiful stationery for their office needs and to purchase thoughtful gifts for friends, family and colleagues. With passionate and knowledgeable team, this beautifully fitted store would be any experienced managers dream!

What does the Store Manager DO?

  •        Motivating your team to inspire and empower our guests to live their best life everyday
  •        Coach and develop the team to provide a world class guest experience and achieve set KPIs
  •        Create a positive and fun workplace for your team and embrace our Above and Beyond philosophy
  •        Apply your commercial acumen to elevate your store to be a step above the rest and develop this strength and understanding within the team
  •        Execute visual merchandising plans ensuring brand consistency and sales opportunities are leveraged
  •        Manage rosters effectively within payroll budget
  •        Ensure operational excellence is maintained in store, including stock management
  •        Uphold WHS standards– think safe, act safe, keep others safe
  •        Recruit a high performing and engaged team
